Although this CPU is not listed (and the ASRock Technical team told me it wasn't supported) I can confirm I have successfully installed the 3.4 ee on this MB. It works fine.

I've successfully tested both these CPU's in this Motherboard, even though they are not listed and ASRock support told me they don't work.

Anyone can give me a litle help? I have this motherboard, a P4 3.06Ghz, RAM: 1GB DDR333, the maximum frequency that i put on the processor was 2.52Ghz, why i can not put the 3.06ghz? In the Bios Default she put the frequency at 1.60ghz.

Why doesn't boot?

I try 2 different cpus. A 3.2 and a 2A 2.0 cpu. I also cleared bios but problem remains. These cpus are working (I have tested them in another mobo)using the same ddr ram. Is known this problem to anybody or is this mobo not working?

i got a new revision of this bourd, and it seems to be supporting SATA2, but thats not the question i was going to ask i was going to ask how does the machine work with the 3.4ee prescott CPU it has L3 cashe and thats 2mb the L2 cashe, i would think it would use it as a northwood cpu could you confirm if my new revision mother bourd can do this i want my pc to go faster i'm on 2gb of ram and at 3.2ghz it's the only step worth making at the standarded 3.4ghz CPU has little more increase in speed, thanks all.

Success with this board.

Have subject SL6WG processor purchased off ebay for $22 running at 3600 (FSB 225) with no voltage increase required. Prime95 24 hours stable (two threads).

Not a C2D or i7 or Phenom II, but for the money, not bad. :)
